The traditional Greek salad consists mainly of sliced fresh tomatoes and cucumbers.  There are a few other variables:

Olives, Kalamata olives from Greece would be the primary choice
Onions, thin onion slices sometimes go nicely
Feta Cheese, crumbled across the plate
Oil & Vinegar, drizzled over the salad
