5 Minute Avgolemono Soup (1 Views)

March 18th, 2006

What’s So Great About the USA? (1 Views)

March 17th, 2006

I got into a debate the other day regarding this topic, and I didn’t do so well. At the time, all I could pull out were the big obvious arguments which are so well known that plenty of counter arguments already exist. Custom Bowie (In Private Collection) (1 Views)

January 13th, 2006

This 12.5″ custom knife has a 6.5″ x 1.5″ hand-forged blade made from 5160 high-carbon steel. As with all of my blades, this one is differentially heat treated so that the cutting edge is very hard while the spine remains softer for safety and durability. This blade is very tough and it has passed my personal test of shaving hair, chopping through a 2″x4″, and maintaing a shaving sharp edge.
